It is hard to imagine why any knowledgeable free thinking person would chose to live under a primitive and brutal code where cruel and unusual punishment including dismemberment is practiced.  Women have few rights and a rape charge requires multiple male witnesses. good luck with that.  The Taliban used Sharia to abuse women in Afghanistan, denying them education and teh right to work and requiring them to wear funny clothes.
