President has not submitted a budget for analysis by CBO



"We don't estimate speeches."  It is part of a pattern of irresponsible dealing with the budget by this administration.  They are unwilling to present something with hard numbers.

Greedy government slapped down by Supreme Court ruling

NY Times: States Can’t Keep Criminal Fines of Exonerated, Supreme Court Rules By a 7 to 1 vote, the justices struck down a Colorado law that required people cleared by the courts to file civil suits and prove their innocence. The ruling, in this case, seems logical.   The government should also revise the civil forfeiture rules.
