Houston Chronicle:

We wonder if she's going to drop by for a tea party at the Bushes.

Sarah Palin — best-selling author, Fox News commentator, reality TV star and possible 2012 presidential candidate — is scheduled to sign copies of her new book at a Houston Borders store today.

The former Alaska governor and 2008 Republican vice presidential candidate is set to autograph America by Heart: Reflections on Family, Faith, and Flag starting at 11 a.m. at the Borders located at 3025 Kirby.

The book signing comes a week after Palin called George H.W. Bush, Barbara Bush and George W. Bush "bluebloods" who represented the past of the Republican Party. Her jab at the Houston residents and their son came days after Barbara Bush, in an interview with CNN's Larry King, commented that Palin was "beautiful" and hoped she would remain in Alaska.

Well, Palin's not remaining in Alaska. She'll be just down the road from the Bush family home with hundreds of her loyal fans.

It is a good chance for Houston fans of Palin to get her autograph on one of the books.  For those wondering what her campaign plans might be the book is apparently an outline of some themes that may be explored.  I think the comment by Barbara Bush was a mistake, but she is known as the feisty one.  I also think it was a mistake for Palin to lash back.  She should have said something like, "Mrs. Bush is likely to be disappointed."
