You know the liberals are in charge when

They require that terrorist captured at war be read a Miranda Warning. This is so nutty you might think it is self parody. This is what you get when you put the people who created the wall separating law enforcement from intelligence gathering back in office.

There is a central problem with the lawfare approach to terrorism. You are putting yourself on the strategic defensive and reacting to the enemy rather than taking the initiative to stop him from being able to attack. It means you are sifting through the bomb damage rather than stopping the attack. If also means the Democrats would rather see Americans killed than terrorist inconvenienced.

This is a man who can give an entire speech about the wars America is fighting and never use the word "victory" except when he's talking about his own campaign.
