North Korea back on the terror list?

Washington Post:

The United States will consider reinstating North Korea to a list of state sponsors of terrorism, Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton said in an interview broadcast yesterday as the Obama administration looks for ways to ratchet up pressure on Pyongyang after recent nuclear and missile tests.

I think the primary advantage of putting them on the terror list is the ability to disrupt their finances through the banking system. One of the levers used effectively by the Bush administration was to freeze their bank accounts outside the country because they were being used to distribute counterfeit US currency.
