Al Qaeda money problems in Afghanistan

There is a link to the recording as well as an English translation of it. Recently the US spokesman in the area has said that the money for the al Qaeda-Taliban side of the war is coming from the Gulf Arab states mainly and not from the drug trade as had been thought. We should be able to trace this source of fund and arrest those contributing to terrorism.
