Is Kofi Annan getting nervous (about his vulnerability in the oil-for-food scandal)? ... P.S.: What's better for Bush: Having a new, unpredictable U.N. Secretary-General or having the current, well-known U.N. Secretary General by the balls? It's a no-brainer!.
Of course there is a third choice. How about a predictable and honest Secretary-General. Or somthing in between like his adopted brother Bill Clinton.
