The left is frightened by democracy

 FoxNews:

Oprah Winfrey says it will be 'really frightening' if Stacey Abrams doesn't win: 'Too much at stake'

Winfrey hosted a virtual campaign event for Democratic Georgia gubernatorial candidate on Tuesday night

Isn't it weird that the left thinks that if a conservative Republican wins an election it is a threat to "democracy?"   It is as if they don't trust voters who disagree with the left.  But those voters are actually participating in democracy.

In recent years when Democrats lose they are the ones who claim that voters who reject their policies are a "threat to democracy."  Their concerns are not only invalid, but they are also ridiculous.

The fact is that if Stacy Abrams does not win, and I hope she doesn't, there will be another election and people can decide at that point if her opponent was worthwhile.

Despite efforts by Democrats, allied press to paint Trump and "MAGA Republicans" as threats to democracy, nearly as many in survey view President Biden as authoritarian threat as they do his predecessor.
