Shinseki resigns as VA secretary

It seemed inevitable for weeks and has finally happened.  But it will take more than removing just a few people to change the culture of deceit at this agency.  In the meantime we should be giving veterans vouchers so they can get the treatment that need in a reasonable time frame.
