Ex-Army Translator Gets 25 Years in Taliban Weapons Sting

A federal judge on Wednesday sentenced a former translator for the U.S. Army in Iraq to 25 years in prison for trying to sell anti-aircraft missiles and other military weapons to the Taliban in Afghanistan.

Selling out to the enemy is definitely worth a 25 year sentence.  This was the product of a sting operation in which he agreed to sell the weapons worth $25 million and offer training in return for payments from heroin proceeds.
