Plane for Cuba Leaves Russia, but Snowden Is Not on Board

Edward J. Snowden did not depart Moscow as expected on a flight to Havana on Monday, raising questions about his status as the Obama administration sought his capture on espionage charges.
There could also be complications because he no longer has a valid passport or a visa.  I would also not be surprised to see an indictment of the Wikileaks woman who is helping him evade prosecution in the US.  She could be considered an accessory after the fact.
