State polls show Obama losing in landslide

Conn Carroll:
Gallup released their annual state-by-state presidential approval numbers yesterday, and the results should have 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue very worried. If President Obama carries only those states where he had a net positive approval rating in 2011 (e.g. Michigan where he is up 48 percent to 44 percent), Obama would lose the 2012 election to the Republican nominee 323 electoral votes to 215.
...
It appears that many of the earlier projections showing Obama with an easier path to election were based on hunches and old data.  It is still a long way to go, but this is looking like Romney has a very good shot at winning.

So much for the war on women--A new CBS/NY Times poll shows Romney ahead among women voters 46-44.  Both organizations maybe scratching their heads.  Apparently a majority of women put the economy ahead of free contraception.  I think the more Obama and Democrats try these distractions the more voters will perceive they have no answer to how to fix the economy.
