Obama still struggling to sell health care law

NY Times:

White House Works to Shape Debate Over Health Law

The Obama administration has begun an aggressive campaign to use coming Supreme Court arguments on the new health care law as a moment to build support for the measure.
The health care law is one of the most hated pieces of legislation in history.  It is despised by its opponents and Obama is not going to be able to persuade people differently at this point.  the arguments before the Supreme Court over the mandate will not be helpful to him and his political campaign.  Roughly 75 percent of voters think the mandate is unconstitutional.  The court has to be aware of that polling too.  All the arguments before the court will do is remind people what they do not like about the law.
