Obama does not mean a lot of what he says
The guy talks a good game of beating up on companies that profited from the housing debacle, and then gets one of the profiteers to help him find a Vice President candidate. In watching his reaction to the questions raised about his judgment in picking his selection team, it is clear that he is just using rhetoric for political effect and not out of principal.
The same can be said for his use of Eric Holder in the Vice President vetting process. This is the guy who vetted the Marc Rich pardon so we know his judgment can be challenged at times.
It is just so disillusioning. I thought he said he was going to bring us change and unity and hope, and now we see he is the hopeless cynic that he claimed to oppose.
