California port closed for terrorist threat

WABC:

A port official in California says the Port of Hueneme, located northwest of Los Angeles in Ventura County, is closed while officials investigate a possible terrorist threat on board a cargo ship.

Authorities say a dock worker discovered the alleged threat on the cargo hold of a ship carrying bananas from Guatemala.

An official said the message, which was scrawled in marker, said: "This nitro is for you Mr. George W. Bush and your Jewish cronies."

I am skeptical. Why would a terrorist leave a message with his intentions on it? The port should get a good test of their terror alert procedures and it is possible that is all a potential terrorist would want at this time so that he can learn how to defeat them. Other than that it does not make much sense.

29 % of companies say they are unlikely to keep insurance after Obamacare

Conn Carroll: A new survey of 368 midsize to large companies found that 29% of them are considering terminating their active employee health care plans when Obamacare is full implemented in 2014. Only 71% of employers surveyed said they did not expect to drop their health coverage, while 20% said they did not know and 9% said they were planning to exit.
