Muslim myths
One of the myths in the Muslim world is that the Holocaust did not happen. The President of Iran has called historical fact a myth. He is not the first. The current Palestinian leader also denies the historical fact of what happened to European Jews when Hitler was in power. Such willful ignorance is tied to the Muslim's bogus claim to Israel and Jerusalem which is based on another Muslim myth about Mohammed who never set foot in Israel, but Muslims in order to make their bogus claim came up with a fantasy of him having ascended to heaven, conviently, from the Temple Mount. This fantasy was created years after Mohammeds death hundreds of miles away.
One of the ways Muslims tried to overcome the faith of others was to destroy their places of worship. That is why a Mosque was built on the Temple Mount. It is why Hindu worship facilities were replaced with mosques which become part of Islam's holy "real estate."
In Greece the ancient Parthanon was ruined when Muslims captured it and turned it into a mosque/ammo dump. When the dump ignited during a battle the building was reduced to its current state.
What is interesting about the no holocaust myth is how silly it is. The Jew's claims on Israel date thousands of years before the holocaust. The only current significance of the holocaust to what is going on in Israel is how the reality of the holocaust strengthens the resistance of the Israelis in fighting those who want to destroy them. Having experienced it, they are determined to never be the victims of genocide again. When the President of Iran denies historical fact it just makes it clearer to all Israelis that he is an enemy to be closely watched.
Even Osama knows that the Balfore declaration which set in motion the return of Jews to Israel took place well before the holocaust. So what is the purpose of the Muslim myth that there was no holocaust? It is just another way of insulting people who have frustrated many Muslims by refusing to submit themselves to Islam. It is like the myth of Jews being the descendents of pigs and monkeys. It is so obviously ridiculous it is a wonder that Muslims don't question their belief in Islam. It is hard to say what is in the DNA of the Iranian President but it is a scientific fact that Jews do not have the same DNA as pigs and monkeys. And, what does this silly myth say about Arabs who claim to be descendents of Abraham as well as the Jews.
People who are in denial of historical fact are likely to make similar mistakes again. It is tempting to suggest that Iran's President be required to spend some time touring concentration camps and holocaust museams, but a true believer in the myths is not likely to believe his lying eyes.
