Saddamites switch to targets that do not shoot back

Tae latest attacks in Iraq are against infrastructure such as oil and water pipelines. Attacks have also been made on prisoners for reasons not obvious.

What is apparent is that the cost of attacking US forces is taking its toll on the "guerillas." The problem with this type of attack is that it will further alienate Iraqis from the Baathist atackers.
