Newsom becomes louder Democratic voice amid Biden isolation and 2024 rumors

There is a reason why people are fleeing California and many of them have to do with Newsom's policies.  Taxes are reaching a confiscatory level while the roads and schools in many areas are an embarrassment.  There is a lack of affordable housing following restrictions on building.
