Border Texans find cheap gas in Mexico

 Houston Chronicle:

Texans have begun crossing the Texas-Mexico border in droves to purchase cheaper gas
A gallon of gas in Mexico costs less than a dollar, while Texans are paying nearly $3.90 per gallon across the state, even as prices have fallen since their early June peak. 

It is worth the trip if you live close to the border.
