  Epoch Times: First Jan. 6 Defendant Files Habeas Corpus Petition A Jan. 6 defendant has filed a habeas corpus petition, alleging his constitutional rights have been repeatedly violated while being held pending trial. He’s the first implicated in the breach of the Capital to file such a petition. Many of them have endured what sounds like cruel and unusual punishment, while the DOJ ignored the participants in the much more violent BLM riots.

 Popular Science: Last week, the Department of Defense announced that it was sending “121 Phoenix Ghost Tactical Unmanned Aerial Systems” to Ukraine.
