Ukraine war becomes a battle of attrition

The challenge for the Russians is becoming harder as they run into increased resistance in the cities.  In some cases, they have resorted to kidnapping people and taking them to the interior of Russia.  The war has come down to a battle of wills on the local level and the Russians are likely to lose that war too.  The war is increasingly unpopular in Russia.

In another clip, Petraeus explains why Russia has lost so many generals in this war.  He says Ukraine's are blocking the Russian radio signals so the commanders can't talk directly to the forces on the front.  They have to resort to cell phones which Ukraine can monitor and they also have to travel to the front to talks with their troops.  When they do that they are vulnerable to Ukraine snipers.
