Nikki Haley blasts Biden response to Russian aggression

 Washington Examiner:

Former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley said Sunday that the United States needs to "stop reacting and start leading," citing the U.S.'s unwillingness to cut off Russian oil imports.

Haley called it "absolute lunacy" that the U.S. would accept Russian oil imports as the country continues its brutal invasion of Ukraine.

"We need to stop taking any Russian oil. The idea that we would give our money to an enemy is 'unthinkable' and it's absolute lunacy. We can't allow this to continue," Haley said on Fox's Sunday Morning Futures.

Haley said the U.S. government needs to lead with "strength and deterrence," which she said "we're not getting" under the Biden administration.

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken confirmed Sunday that the U.S. and European partners were weighing banning Russian oil imports.

Republican Leaders Furious Over Reports That Biden Admin Is Seeking To Import Oil From Venezuela
