It is not clear to me how the border fence would interfere with the flight of butterflies that could easily make it through the wall or over it. It is also not clear why QAnon is allegedly threatening the facility.
BTW, There was a butterfly farm on the island of St. Martin in the Caribbean. The locals had a joke about "What did the butterflies do when a major hurricane hit?" The response was, "About 140 MPH."
