Jan. 6 defense attorneys want to see government tapes of event

If the tapes contain evidence that disputes the government's case, the defendant's counsel has a right to see them.  I think the prosecution will lose this one at the Supreme Court if necessary.

It is ironic that some of the same people who declared that the BLM riots that included looting, arson, and other criminal activity were "mostly peaceful." And some of those same people want to deny Jan. 6 defendants evidence that shows that reality.
