A high number of Texas mail-in voters fail to provide ID numbers

 Guardian:

New Texas voting rules causing high number of ballot rejections 
Many of the rejected ballots fail a new requirement to provide an identification number inside the return envelope

The counties are sending the ballots back to the voters for the required ID number, which should solve the problem for legitimate voters.
