There is a lack of trust of the International Criminal Court
Washington Post:
U.S. will not give visas to employees of the International Criminal CourtThe court is seen as made up of people with a political bias against US foreign policy in dealing with Radical Islamist and that bias is also used against Israel's resistance to radical Islamist attacks. The US is not a party to the court and not subject to its jurisdiction. That was a wise move by the Bush administration.
Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said the United States will not allow the tribunal, based in The Hague, to investigate U.S. troops or those of allies like Israel.
