Texas schools teens in how to respond to a traffic stop by law enforcement

Washington Post:
Texas teens can’t graduate until they watch this video about police

State law now requires high schools to show a newly released video meant to explain what's expected of civilians during a traffic stop. Some critics have voiced concern over the video, calling it a one-sided practice.
It is a practice that should save teens from making mistakes in a situation that could escalate if not handled properly.  I think it is an excellent idea.
