Rationed health care's trust deficit

Doctors don't trust their own hospitals

Up to two-thirds of doctors and nurses at some hospitals would not recommend that their family and friends are treated where they work, internal NHS figures disclose on Friday.
That is what happens with socialized medicine.  It is interesting that the profit motive forces hospitals in the US to compete on cleanliness and care.  In the UK there is no incentive for either and it shows.
