Court says it is OK to lie about military honors

LA Times:

Supreme Court strikes down Stolen Valor Act for military medals

This will allow people to fraudulently claim they won medals.  People who do so usually do it to gain some benefit either as a political matter or to win a position of influence with others.   It is a despicable act that should not be permitted.
