CBS silly question to Palin about Supreme Court cases

In my entire time in law school I only had one professor who demanded that you cite the names of cases on exams. The idea is that you understand the issues. By asking Sarah Palin to name Supreme Court cases that she disagrees with besides Roe v. Wade, CBS was being unfair.

Both ABC and AP compound the unfairness by making her inability to cite cases their lead. The question is both inappropriate and idiotic. The journalist should know better and I don't think they would treat a Democrat this unfairly. She is not a lawyer and does not pretend to be one. It is too bad that some reporters are pretending to be journalist.
