The counter Stockholm syndrome

The Stockholm syndrome describes captives that are sympathetic to their captives. Perhaps we need to call this the Gaza syndrome for those who with hold gratitude toward their captors. Or, perhaps we should just call it the normal human reaction to being held against ones will.

Actually, the kidnappers really have little to complain about since the British media showed all sorts of gratitude for Johnson's release. Some even saw it as a PR coup for Hamas.
