The disingeniousness Sen. Shumer's bogus attacks

Power Line looks as Chuck Shumer's latest attempt to manufacture a case against the Attorney General. The Washington Post also attempts to find a contradiction. Shumer knows that Gonzales has consistently said that there was another classified program at issue in the disputed discussions. He also knows that Gonzales is not at liberty to describe that program so he disingenuously says that Gonzales gave false testimony.

This is all part of his scheme to protect Democrats who have been guilty of voter fraud by making continuous bogus charges against the AG to make it more difficult for him to focus on his jobs. The bad faith of the charges is palpable.
