Joe Biden pardons Hunter after saying he would not

Joe Biden made the shock announcement Sunday night that he would issue a presidential pardon for his troubled son Hunter, calling his prosecution 'selective' and 'unfair.'

The bombshell U-turn decision will see Hunter get pardoned for any crimes he may have committed 'from January 1, 2014 through December 1, 2024'. It comes just weeks after The White House denied the president would make the drastic move in the final months of his lame duck presidency.

Biden, himself, said as recently as June that he would 'not pardon' his son, unlike Trump who has outright said he wants to pardon January 6 rioters.

But critics claimed the broadly written pardon was an attempt to cover-up his actions on the board of Ukrainian gas company Burisma.

'Hunter Biden joined the board of Burisma in 2014,' wrote conservative commentator Liz Wheeler. 'By pardoning Hunter for any crimes he “may have committed” from 2014-2024, Joe Biden is protecting his family’s criminal cartel. Wow.'

She added that Biden is protecting his son from the possible new head of the FBI: 'This pardon ain’t about the gun charge. The Big Guy is protecting himself from Kash Patel.'

Hunter Biden has been accused of being Joe's bag man and giving him ten percent or more of the proceeds of the influence-peddling operation.  I don't think Joe Biden can pardon himself, but he can evidently pardon the conduit responsible for giving him a part of the operation's proceeds.  In my opinion, Kash Patel should be able to pursue charges against Joe Biden related to corruption.

Disgraceful Pardon

This was not a pardon of just Hunter Biden but of Joe Biden himself as his son ran a scheme with Joe’s brother to shakedown adversaries of over $20 million and then didn’t even pay taxes on it. And the loot was distributed even to grand children. 

And this is yet another of the many issues the American public was shamefully gaslighted over. 

Biden of course falsely claimed he would not pardon his son, and so what else was Biden falsely saying before the election that he would have done had he been elected? We will never know but we sure can guess …

29 % of companies say they are unlikely to keep insurance after Obamacare
