Roe is not enough to save Biden and Dems

For months on end, it has been rather obvious that the Democratic Party is headed for trouble in the 2022 midterms, as a “red wave” looks poised to crash into Congress and shuffle the deck in a very conservative direction.

There are plenty of reasons, from angst over Donald Trump’s controversial 2020 electoral loss to the abject failures of the Biden administration. The only thing that the Democrats can hope for, ghoulishly, is that mass shootings continue to drive emotional pleas for gun control or that anger regarding the overturning of Roe v. Wade will spur liberal voters to come out in droves.

The only problem is that a new poll has revealed that Roe rage isn’t going to help them much in the election…if at all.
The Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade will have a “net neutral” impact on midterm election voting, a new Harvard/Harris poll projected.

Pollsters asked 1,308 registered voters between June 28-29, 2022: “Does the decision make you more likely to vote in the midterms for a Democrat, for a Republican or not affect how you vote in the midterms?” Thirty-six percent said Democrat, 36 percent said Republican, and 29 percent said no effect.

There are plenty of reasons to vote against Democrats from energy to the border fiasco.

29 % of companies say they are unlikely to keep insurance after Obamacare

Conn Carroll: A new survey of 368 midsize to large companies found that 29% of them are considering terminating their active employee health care plans when Obamacare is full implemented in 2014. Only 71% of employers surveyed said they did not expect to drop their health coverage, while 20% said they did not know and 9% said they were planning to exit. The latest survey, conducted by Towers Watson, echoes an ealier survey by McKinsey & Co. finding that 30% of private-sector employers were planning to drop their employee health insurance coverage by 2014.
