Biden is less popular that polling indicates

These Rasmussen numbers are grim for the Democrats. To begin with, I have been saying for a while that the polls overstate Joe Biden’s actual standing with voters. There is no way that 40% or so of voters look at the carnage of the last year and say, “Heck of a job, Joe!” Many of those who claim to approve of Biden’s job performance are lying to pollsters to stick up for their beleaguered party.

You can see that in today’s numbers. While 42% of likely voters say they approve of Biden’s performance in Rasmussen’s current polling, only 28% say he should run for re-election. We like you, Joe, but please don’t stick around any longer than necessary!

The polls also indicate that Trump would handily defeat Biden in a rerun of the 2020 race.  I am among those who can't wait to vote against Democrats.

29 % of companies say they are unlikely to keep insurance after Obamacare

Conn Carroll: A new survey of 368 midsize to large companies found that 29% of them are considering terminating their active employee health care plans when Obamacare is full implemented in 2014. Only 71% of employers surveyed said they did not expect to drop their health coverage, while 20% said they did not know and 9% said they were planning to exit. The latest survey, conducted by Towers Watson, echoes an ealier survey by McKinsey & Co. finding that 30% of private-sector employers were planning to drop their employee health insurance coverage by 2014. When the Congressional Budget Office crunched Obamacare's spending numbers, they estimated that only 7% of employees currently covered by employer-sponsored plans would lose their plans. ...
