It is Biden's super power

Why is Biden uniting our adversaries?
I suspect it is happening because Russia and China sense the weakness he displayed in Afghanistan against a less-lethal power as an opportunity for them to achieve long-term goals.  Biden also just is not very smart nor are many of the people he has in his administration.
