What kind of bogus charges will Democrats push against latest SC nominee?

Trump Selects Amy Coney Barrett to Fill Ginsburg’s Seat on the Supreme Court

The president’s nomination of Judge Barrett, a favorite of conservatives, to replace Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, will kick off a furious and unprecedented scramble to confirm her in the Senate before Election Day.
Ever since the Robert Bork nominations, the Democrats have paraded false and scurrilous allegations against Republican conservative nominees for the court.  They have used anti-Catholic allegations against Barrett when she was nominated for the Appeals court.  Whether they would do that in the middle of a Presidential election could be tricky for them.

The safe course for the Democrats would be to take a look at her decisions, but that is problematic too since she has a reputation for being a brilliant justice.  They obviously want to get some commitment on Roe v. Wade, one of the worst Supreme Court decisions of all time.

29 % of companies say they are unlikely to keep insurance after Obamacare

Conn Carroll: A new survey of 368 midsize to large companies found that 29% of them are considering terminating their active employee health care plans when Obamacare is full implemented in 2014. Only 71% of employers surveyed said they did not expect to drop their health coverage, while 20% said they did not know and 9% said they were planning to exit. The latest survey, conducted by Towers Watson, echoes an ealier survey by McKinsey & Co. finding that 30% of private-sector employers were planning to drop their employee health insurance coverage by 2014. When the Congressional Budget Office crunched Obamacare's spending numbers, they estimated that only 7% of employees currently covered by employer-sponsored plans would lose their plans. ...
