Why Gold Star Parents Are the New Third Rail in Politics
I am not defending Trump's fight with the Khans.  He should have honored their son's service a and said that if all Muslims were like their son, there would be no need to be concerned about terrorist slipping into the country with Muslim refugees.

The fallacy is the "third rail" analogy.  It was only a week before that Democrats were trashing the Gold Star parents of Benghazi, and the media joined right in and heaped more abuse on the people who say with some justification that Hillary Clinton lied to them.  Pat Smith whose son Sean died in the attack said she "was treated like dirt" after she complained about the lies.

The third rail fallacy is just another Democrat double standard.

29 % of companies say they are unlikely to keep insurance after Obamacare

Conn Carroll: A new survey of 368 midsize to large companies found that 29% of them are considering terminating their active employee health care plans when Obamacare is full implemented in 2014. Only 71% of employers surveyed said they did not expect to drop their health coverage, while 20% said they did not know and 9% said they were planning to exit. The latest survey, conducted by Towers Watson, echoes an ealier survey by McKinsey & Co. finding that 30% of private-sector employers were planning to drop their employee health insurance coverage by 2014.
