Liberal fascist blame Hoover

Daniel Flynn looks at the excuses Democrat liberals used for their attacks on civil liberties. It has always been somewhat ironic to see the phony high dudgeon of Democrats attacking President Nixon for doing what they had done. It is even more comical when you contrast their attacks on President Bush with their embrace of the very policies they denigrated.

The bottom line is that liberals have no credibility on this issue.
