Blame game on bailout

Republicans say Pelosi gave a partisan speech in support of the "bipartisan" bailout and that appears to be true. Democrats blame Republicans for not supporting the legislation. There is a more obvious target for responsibility.

How about voters?

Reports said that calls to Congress were running 1000 to 1 against the bill. If that is true then Democrats may be doing Republicans a fovor by blaming them for the failure to pass the bill.
