Federal judge makes goofy decision on Florida sanctuary cities

Federal Judge Strikes Down Portions of Florida Law Banning ‘Sanctuary Cities’ 
Claims bill was racially motivated because of groups involved in the process

This is a case that should be reversed on appeal.  What the cities are doing is blocking the enforcement of immigration laws which they have no authority to do.  They are in effect giving a racial preference to people in the country illegally.
