Biden's 'Zero emissions' target unrealistic
Epoch Times:
Biden Wants Half of All Vehicles Sold in US by 2030 to Be Zero Emission
There are almost no zero-emission cars on the road including those powered by electricity. Most electric cars are recharged overnight when solar arrays are worthless and the wind does not always blow. That means they are powered indirectly by dependable fossil fuels like coal and natural gas. California is already proving that unreliable wind and solar are not adequate and have told electric car owners not to charge their cars because the grid is stressed. President Biden is just out of touch with reality on this and many other issues.

WIND AND SOLAR ENERGY ARE ENVIRONMENTAL DISASTERS
...
... in order to reach “net zero” emissions of CO2 through use of wind and solar, 228,000 square miles–an area equal to the states of California and Washington–would need to be dedicated to wind turbines and solar panels....
...
And it would still be intermittent.
