150 mph winds knock out New Orleans power

 Fox News:

Hurricane Ida knocks out power to entire city of New Orleans, officials say
Ida made landfall earlier in the day in Louisiana with even stronger winds of 150 mph

Some coastal communities were underwater because of the storm surge, but the report does not indicate flooding in New Orleans at this point.  Generators are the only source of power at this point.
