Obama Chooses Politics Over Principle in Naming Cordray
Obama claims it is a "recess" appointment even though the Senate is technically in session.  He did the same thing with tree appointments of union supporters to the NLRB.  The appointments will be challenged in the courts as will all their attempts at rule making.
