You can't just say what is wrong with US policy and win

"I don't think most Americans are totally satisfied with the Bush fight against terrorism, but they certainly prefer it to a weaker or nonexistent one."
Perhaps that is why Bush is increasing the budget for dometic security by 10 percent while holding other domestic spending to a one percent increase.
