So, I write a search-warrant application laying out my overwhelming probable cause that X has been selling small amounts of cocaine from his apartment. I don’t say a word in the warrant about the robbery, but I don’t have to. This could be what they were trying to do because the stated reason does not make much sense. The Democrats and their cohorts in the FBI are desperate to tie Trump to the Jan. 6 riots in their own efforts to destroy democracy by preventing Trump from running again. The statute they are relying on is of questionable validity when it comes to the President because the Constitution sets out the only requirements and the words of that statute are not in there.
The people who claim that they are trying to save "our democracy" are the same people who do not want people to be able to vote for Trump and will do almost anything to keep him from running. They are actively trying to thwart democracy.
