Supreme Court says Boston discriminated against free speech, Roe overturned?

 Red States:

On Monday, the Supreme Court handed down a 9-0 decision authored by Justice Stephen Breyer, who is set to retire at the end of the term. The case, styled Shurtleff, et al. v. City of Boston, et al., involved the question of whether the City of Boston violated the First Amendment when it refused to fly the flag of a Christian group, though it did fly flags from other outside groups.

It was an interesting unanimous decision. It came down at the same time that a leak suggested the Court was overturning Roe v. Wade.  The Roe case was always controversial and the overturning of it probably will be too.  I remember studying it in law school and thought its reasoning was poor.  If it is overturned as reported, it means it will be up to the states to decide if they will allow abortion and under what circumstances.   The Court probably signaled that result when they refused to overturn a Texas law that limited abortions after a heartbeat is detected.
