Russia Accuses US of Trying to ‘Split the Entire Architecture’ of the World

Does the Russian foreign minister think that invading a neighboring country is consistent with world architecture?  He says this while Russia is killing thousands of non-combatants in a war it started. 

Meanwhile, Russia's campaign in Ukraine appears to be bogged down as it is still trying to regroup.
