What he should be doing is removing restrictions he placed on drilling on federally controlled sites and restrictions he has put on pipelines. The left's opposition to pipelines has always been nonsensical. Moving the oil on trucks and trains is less efficient and creates more pollution than moving it by pipelines. If Biden had not blocked US production and transports we would not be financing Putin's war efforts by buying oil from him.
