Western companies leaving Russia

 Washington Examiner:

Scores of global corporations have cut ties with Russia over its invasion of Ukraine, with some saying international sanctions have made continued business untenable and others saying they have a moral obligation to do what they can to end the bloodshed.

I suspect this is about keeping their customers outside of Russia and not being seen as backing Putin who looks like he has gone off the rails.  The Russian people have little influence with Putin but they will pay a price for his perfidy.
